Maude Lee Daugherty of Madisonville, passed away at 9:45 a.m., Friday, Aug. 27, at Sweetwater Nursing Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Madisonville.

She was 93.

Preceded in death by: husband Sidney Hawkins Daugherty; several sisters and brothers.

Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law-Helen and Jim Coursey of Marietta, Ga.;

Sons and daughter-in-law-Larry and Sara Ann Daugherty of Clinton; and Ray and Joyce Daugherty of Madisonville;

Seven grandchildren;

Seven great-grandchildren;

Brothers-Charlie Coleman of Dallas, N.C.; and Bob Coleman of Sweetwater;

Several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were 8 p.m., Sunday, in Biereley-Hale Chapel with Rev. Don Rockholt and Dr. Lon Shoopman officiating. Interment was 11 a.m., Monday, in Christianburg Cemetery. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville, in charge of arrangements.
