Williams, Ethel Irene Rowland, age 69, of Madisonville, passed away 3:27 P.M. Sunday, January 5, 2014 at Turkey Creek Medical Center. Member of Howard’s Chapel Baptist Church. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunt. Survivors, husband, Clifford Williams, Daughters & son-in-law, Lisa & Steve Frank, Vonore, Carol Chachere, Son, Lee Williams, both of Madisonville, Grandchildren, Jason Frank, Courtney Woods, Shaina Williams, Aaron and Alex Chachere, Great-grandchildren, Jaxon Frank, Laken and Bentlee Woods, Hunter Plemons, Sister, Marie Rowland Phillips, Levenworth, KS, Several nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by parents, Charlie & Ethel Duncan Rowland, sisters, Vernice Warlick, Euella Hitson, Mary Booth, brothers, Luther, Charles, Eli, Phillip, Calvin and Earl Rowland. Funeral 8 P.M. Thursday, Biereley-Hale Chapel. Interment 1:30 P.M. Friday, Big Toqua Cemetery. Family will receive friends 5-8 P.M. Thursday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
