In March of 2021 I was visiting Reflection Riding Arboretum & Nature Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. At that time we were allowed to drive the trail and I took a wrong turn ending up on a "Fire Road" that took me up the side of Lookout Mountain. When I finally found a wide enough space to turn around I backed into the clearing and looked out the door to see if was clear to pull out. As I looked down I saw a plaque and to my amazement the name "Betty Jean Douglas Petty"!! What are the odds that I would find, on the side of Lookout Mountain, the name of my high school classmate from Madisonville, Tennessee??
