Barbara Lynn Wilson, age 83, of Madisonville, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at Tennova Medical Center in Knoxville. Barbara retired from East Tennessee Children's Hospital in Knoxville after 40 years of service. She traveled to numerous states and Canada during her extensive career. But her favorite trip was a vacation to Alaska with family members. She had a passion for music and had played guitar and piano until a stroke limited her ability. She is preceded in death by parents, Ira and Faye Wilson, and sister Jeanette Summitt.

Survivors-Brothers: Charles Wilson, Don (Hilda) Wilson; Sister: Karan Wilson; Nephews: Jeff (Robin) Wilson, Kevin (Melissa) Summitt; Nieces: Betty Belcher, Misty (Chris) Maiuri, Angie Wilson, April Couch; Several great nieces and nephews; And a beloved cat, Sadie.

Funeral 2:00 P.M. Friday, Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. Gib Harris officiating. Interment to follow at McClellan Cemetery. Family will receive friends 1-2 PM Friday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
