Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Jessie Ervin Joines; daughters, Mrs. Huretta Davis, Mrs. Mildred Millsaps, Mrs. Jean Owens, Chattanooga, TN. Mrs. Hazel Brakebill, Nashville, TN., Mrs. Tommie Cornett, Mrs. Harriet Hodge and Mrs. Nancy Belcher, Madisonville, TN.; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; brothers, Fred Joines, Madisonville, and Harley Joines, Akron, Ohio. Funeral services were to be held Wednesday (today), at 11 a.m., at the Biereley-Hale Chapel with the Rev. R.L. Hammontree officiating. Interment was to be in Sunset Cemetery. Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville, TN., was in charge.
